The Paella is a Valencian Rice Dish with ancient roots, but its modern form emerged in the mid-19th century near the Albufera lagoon on the East Coast of Spain, no far from to the city of Valencia. There are different types of paella, the most common are seafood, chicken, mixta (chicken and seafood) and vegetables or vegetarian. The name of the paella is based on its ingredients, mainly variety of meats or vegetables. All our paellas are made with white rice, saffron, virgin olive oil, green beans, and peas, excepting the seafood paella which does not include any green vegetables.
Paella is a delicious, balanced and healthy dish, gluten, soy and dairy free, suitable for most specific dietary requirements, and perfect to enjoy during the lunch, dinner, morning or afternoon tea, or when you body deserves a stunning meal.

Tapas is a word derived from the Spanish verb "Tapar", it means "to cover". It is said that original tapas were slices of bread, damon or chorizo which drinkers in Andalusian taverns used to cover their glasses with between sips to prevent flies from hovering over their drinks.
Tapas are one of the most popular ways to share different kinds of food, in small portions, while you are chatting with people. Chorizo, jamon, mushrooms, garlic prawns, olives, and croquettes are perfect to start your celebration or meeting.
